What is FreePotluck?
FreePotluck is a simple, fast, and completely free way to organize potluck-style events. Whether you’re hosting a holiday dinner, a school celebration, a neighborhood gathering, or a workplace party, you can create a signup sheet in seconds and share it with your group. No accounts required, no apps to install, and no needless complexity.
Guests choose what they’ll bring, you stay organized, and everyone comes prepared.
Why we built it
Most potluck tools today are overloaded with ads, upsells, account requirements, and confusing interfaces. We wanted something that was:

- Free, with no paid tiers or hidden limitations
FreePotluck was created because organizing events should be easy, not frustrating.
How it works
Create a signup sheet, add the items or dishes needed, and share the link. Your guests can sign up from any device without creating an account. You’ll get a private manage link where you can update items, edit details, and see all signups in real time.
We use lightweight cookies so guests can edit or remove their own signups later — without needing a login.
How we support the site
FreePotluck is free to use and supported through optional Amazon affiliate links. When someone clicks a “Buy on Amazon” button on a signup sheet and makes a purchase, Amazon may pay a small commission — at no extra cost to you or your guests.
These commissions help cover hosting, development, and ongoing improvements.
